Hull FC Fall To Narrow Derby Defeat

A young black and whites fell to a narrow 34-26 defeat at the hands of derby rivals Hull Kingston Rovers in Danny Houghton’s Testimonial, a result which sees the East hull side claim the Clive Sullivan trophy for the second successive season.

In what was Hull’s first run out of 2018, the game was full of action, and was the perfect oppourtunity Lee Radford’s younger squad members to stake a claim for a place in the NSW Australia Tour in February.

With Rovers fielding an almost full-strength outfit, Tim Sheens will certainly be the coach most dissapointed by today’s result.
